Hi Jennifer! Recently found your youtube channel and I am HOOKED!! I really want to try some of your recipes, but the ones that have shortening are tricky for me, because, here in sunny South Africa, we dont have shortening. What can I use in its place? I think it was this recipe and the buttercream recipe that I most would like to use. Any suggestions? PS: The vids are fab, you and steph are fab, but could Steph video more of what you’re doing when you’re doing it, sometimes she films you talking, but we cant see what you’re doing.
